Generally, meetings last about 30-45 minutes.
Most of the time the case review will occur over the phone unless there is a reason to or you prefer to meet via Zoom or in person.
I will listen to what you have to say and your story about the accident.
I will ask questions to ensure we are clear on what occurred.
I may ask you to get additional information or I may need to get some additional information. One common item I retrieve is a copy of the accident report from the TxDOT Crash Report Online Purchase System.
After I have all the information, I will give you my assessment of the case. I will tell you if your case is a case that needs an attorney and why.
